There is no limitation as to what shape you can do.
The blanks are designed so that same tools to shape foam can be used to shape the wood.
The same fin systems can be used.
Each blank ships in 3 parts: a core, top deck, bottom deck.
The blanks come with the rocker already and the deck domed slightly just like a foam blank.
Along with desired rocker, the shaper most also send us a profile of the rails.
The rail outline is shaped into the blank as well.
The only additional tool required is a vacuum bag system.
The top and bottom deck are applied inside a vacuum bag at the same time.
