99.9% of our customers are fully stoked on our product & service. 

We accept returns within 15 days of purchase—the item must be in new condition.

Boardbags returned require a 10% restocking fee. We do not accept used boardbags as returns.

Wave Tribe is not responsible for any damage to boardbags or surfboards done by the airline company of their associates.

*Customers are responsible for the return shipment.
