Our Retail Guarantee is simple: If you do not like our product for any reason just send it back and we will give you a credit on your next order minus the shipping cost and send you a handful of stickers. Unless we shipped you the wrong item, you are responsible for shipping the items back to us for an exchange or credit.

We do not accept refunds without an RA number or after 15 days. We don't not accept returns on used product. Boardbags include a 25% restocking fee when applicable.
