Returns & Credit

Wave Tribe Return Policy

99.9% of our customers are fully stoked on our product & service.

Unless we shipped you the wrong item, you are responsible for shipping.

We offer store credit only—no refunds.

If you used your boardag on a trip, got wax inside, or the product has any signs or use you DO NOT QUALIFY for a return. 

*** Only unused bags may be returned. ***

Wave Tribe is not liable or responsible for the airline tearing your bag or damaging your surfboards in any way.

If you would like to return a product, please email us here and request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) number & fill out the return form.

  • We do not accept refunds without an RA number or after 15 days. 
  • We do not accept returns on used product.
  • Boardbags include a 25% restocking fee when applicable.
